The American Civil Liberties Union needs to be involved with a class action suit bringing to justice the thieves that brought you to this situation of having to answer bankruptcy questions. Like those advertisements on television which call all those who suffer from asbestos originating illnesses, there needs to be gathered the millions of people in this country who are in the process of bankruptcy because they were tricked into signing on the dotted line for mortgages that even a fifth grader would understand would not be viable. Now you do have some responsibility in your own gloom I will be the first to say but there are so many millions of people in this country whose lives are in ruin because of financial schemes that are beyond our understanding that it breaks my heart. It is an epidemic of gargantuan proportions and needs to be taken up by the legal powers that be in this country. These are constitutional questions that head right to the heart of our ‘inalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”. Our constitution has been compromised and we all need to take part in healing the wounds of our country’s legal and financial system.
